INTRODUCTION
The 49ers Foundation strives to deploy strategic educational and health and wellness investments to communities in need throughout the Bay Area, while remaining financially sustainable. We are extremely proud of the philanthropic commitments we were able to support throughout such an unprecedented time in our history. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary this year, we reflect on the impact our mission to educate and empower Bay Area youth has made in historically underserved communities and the opportunities that our work has given young people to tackle what is possible.
